Kenya Policy and Regulatory Gap Analysis Report

Based on a review of the current policy and regulatory framework, this report identifies the need for revision of the existing 2018 national energy policy as a matter of priority. It also advocates for the publication of framework and regulatory documents drafted to facilitate integrated energy planning, with clear mechanisms to guide county participation in these processes.
